Being so terribly busy as they were today ( Valentine’s Day ) there was a small mix up in my order, nothing serious though, they had forgotten to send along a teddy bear with my order. I called the shop and not only did they deliver the Teddy, but, they included one of the biggest box of chocolates I have ever seen, for free, as a way to say sorry for the mix up.
